Whole pods can be dried and then crushed or ground into chilli powder that is used as a spice or seasoning. In India Andhra Pradesh is the largest producer of chilli. These chillis are claimed to have certain benefits

Our Process
- Chillies are harvested in late summer and in autumn.
- Chillies first discolor at the top of the clown. If the chilli has changed the color.
- We usually wait for 5 days before picking.
- Longer than 10 days we don't allow them to hang in plant.
- We use the scissors to cut out the chillis from the plant.
- These chillies are dried out by the traditional sun drying method.
- They will be dried near the fields soon after harvesting.
