Star anise closely resembles anise in flavor is obtained from the star-shaped pericarps of the fruit. This is star-shaped, reddish-brown, consisting of 6 to 8 follicles. Each follicle is boat-shaped 1 -2 cm long. This is used as a spice in the preparation of biryani and masala chai. Star anise is claimed to have certain benefits

OUR PROCESS :
- The pepper spike should be harvested when one or more of the berries start going red.
- After harvesting the pepper berries are fermented by laying them out in the sun.
- The next process is threshing, in this process the berries are detached from the spikes.
- Then the berries are washed out in the clean cold water.
- Next the blanching process will be carried out.
- Drying is the next process in which the peppers are dried in the process of sun drying.
- In the next step the dust and the dirt are removed.
